Please help us get to know your organization by filling out the information below.
Please read our policies prior to submitting your donation to be sure your organization meets our criteria for consideration.
- At this time Holy Ghost Distillery, Inc. offers donations and sponsorships to distillery-local 501c3organizations only.
- By law we are not permitted to donate alcohol unless it’s for a nonprofit organization and the organization has secured the required liquor license to auction/raffle off spirits.
- Must not be a religious or political organization, youth group, sports team, school or any organization dealing with youth.
- Must provide notice of 501c3 status – must not be a 3rd party organization donating to another. Although, we will consider donating to the organization directly.
- The donation request form must be submitted three months prior to the event/fundraiser in order to be considered.

Event Information: Name, Dates, Description, Number of Attendees Expected (Adult over 21 / under 21) Location of Event
Requestor Information: Full Name, Phone, Address, eMail, DOB to verify you are of legal drinking age.
Attach a copy of: 501c3 decorrelation form, required liquor license & any event material.
