Hands-On Mixology (bourbon cocktails)

Guests will arrive to HGD to our 19th century tasting house. After a brief tour in our story telling room, your Mixologist will introduce him/her self and will engage guests as he or she walks you through the steps to create 3 classic cocktails. Guests will have a chance to take advantage of their mixologist experience and will be able to ask anything they want regarding mixology and bartending.

This Class is all about Bourbon 

• Built in Glass —  Old Fashioned – made the classic way The “original” 1806 recipe 
• Stirred in a tumbler & strained — Manhattan, Sazerac or Midnight Manhattan
• Shaken – Classic Whiskey Sour with egg white or Aquafaba for anyone not wanting egg white.  or NY Sour.

Included with your class, are all the Spirits, mixers and fruits to make your cocktails.
