Mash Bill: 51% Corn, 36% Rye, 4% Barley
Appearance: Warm, see through Amber, with a glint of Orange.
Tasting Notes: Aroma: Nicely balance Vanilla with faint Sweet Corn and some spice.
Palate: Baking Spice, Honey, Cream, Fig, Rye, Complex, light Oak with subtle sweetness.
Finish: Smooth Rich finish with a hint of spices.
