Some helpful Definitions / Information:

Tastings:
 
Tastings are done table side.  We don’t do open vs private for tastings.  
They comprise of 4 samples of:
  • bourbons / whiskey
  • vodka & flavored vodka
  • gins
  • rums
  • flavored bourbons

The tastings are done during standard open hours at the table.  

Reservations are available and strongly recommended for groups of 7 or more.

Smaller parties are seated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Private Class / Workshops

A Private Class is just for you and your group.

  • It can be 1 to 6 people.

  • You pay one flat price for the whole group.

    • It’s the same total price whether 1 person comes or all 6 spots are filled.

  • The class is usually 75 to 90 minutes.

  • During this time, we only focus on your group.

  • You can add additional people for a fee up to that workshop max.

  • No other guests are added to your table.

  • Cocktail service is available either before or after the class, depending on the start time.

  • We do not serve cocktails during the class, so everyone can stay focused on the experience.

  • These events require advance preparation, so reservations are required and walk-ins aren’t available.

This is a great choice if you want a more personal or quiet experience with just your own friends or family.

Open Class / Workshops

An Open Class is a class you share with other guests.

  • Guests pay a price per person.

  • Every seat is a paid seat.

    • There are no “just watching” spots—everyone who attends needs a paid seat.

  • Different people and groups sign up for the same time slot.

  • Most of them do not know each other.

  • You may be seated next to other groups.

  • The class is usually 75 to 90 minutes.

  • Cocktail service is available either before or after the class, depending on the start time.

  • We do not serve cocktails during the class, so everyone can stay focused on the experience.

  • These events require advance preparation, so reservations are required and walk-ins aren’t available.

This is a great choice if you’re social, don’t mind meeting new people, or are coming by yourself or with a small group.

Private Class
A Private Class is just for your group (1–6 people). You pay one flat price for the whole group. The class usually lasts 75–90 minutes, and no other guests are added—our attention is all on you.

Open Class
An Open Class is shared with other guests and is priced per person. Every seat is a paid seat; there are no “just watching” spots. Different people and groups sign up for the same time and may sit near each other. The class usually lasts 75–90 minutes.

Cocktails
Cocktail service is available before or after your class (depending on the start time), but not during the class.
